Cookie Policy
Effective June 21, 2026 · Last updated July 22, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how HYPERDIMENSIONS PTE. LTD. ("we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Admission Park service at https://goadmissionpark.com (the "Service"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to make them work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site's operators. "Similar technologies" include things like local storage, pixels, and software development kits (SDKs) that perform comparable functions. In this Policy we refer to all of them as "cookies."
Cookies may be set by us ("first-party cookies") or by third parties whose services we use ("third-party cookies"). They may last only for your browsing session ("session cookies") or remain on your device for a set period ("persistent cookies").
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies for the following purposes:
a. Strictly necessary cookies. These are essential for the Service to function — for example, to sign you in and keep you signed in, to keep your session secure, to support payments, and to protect against fraud and abuse. The Service cannot work properly without them, so they do not require your consent.
b. Functional / preference cookies. These remember choices you make — such as your language or display preferences — to give you a more personalized experience.
c. Analytics / performance cookies. These help us understand how people use the Service — for example, which features are used and where people run into difficulty — so we can improve it. We use this information in an aggregated way. Where required by law, we set these only with your consent.
We do not use cookies to serve you advertising, and we do not allow third parties to use cookies on the Service to build advertising profiles of you.
3. Cookies We Use
The table below describes the main cookies the Service uses. Exact names and durations may change as the Service evolves.
| Cookie / technology | Provider | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Authentication cookies (e.g. sb-*-auth-token) | Supabase (first-party) | Keeps you securely signed in and renews your session | Strictly necessary | Up to ~400 days (browser maximum; renewed as you use the Service) |
Analytics cookies (e.g. ph_*_posthog) | PostHog | Measures usage to help us improve the Service | Analytics | Up to ~12 months |
4. Third-Party Cookies
The analytics cookies described above are set by our analytics provider, PostHog. Payments are completed on Stripe's own hosted checkout page, so Stripe sets its cookies (such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid) on its own domain, not on ours; they are governed by Stripe's privacy and cookie policies. These providers process information in accordance with their own privacy and cookie policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control third-party cookies and are not responsible for the practices of these providers. Information collected through these cookies may be processed outside your country — analytics data, for example, is hosted in the United States; cross-border transfers are described in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
5. Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies
Managing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be switched off because the Service depends on them. You can manage or delete other cookies at any time through your browser settings (see below).
Browser settings. Most browsers let you view, manage, block, or delete cookies through their settings. Steps vary by browser; check your browser's help pages. Please note that if you block or delete strictly necessary cookies, parts of the Service may stop working.
Analytics opt-out. You can limit or block analytics cookies using your browser settings and browser-level tracking controls. You can also opt out of analytics for your account at any time by contacting us at support@goadmissionpark.com.
Do Not Track. Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to it, so the Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals. You can still manage cookies using the options above.
6. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal reasons. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date. Please review it periodically.
