Privacy Policy

Effective June 21, 2026 · Last updated June 21, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HYPERDIMENSIONS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617332G) and its affiliates ("we," "us," or "our") collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use the AdmissionPark service at https://goadmissionpark.com and related sites, apps, and features (the "Service"). It also describes the rights and choices you have.

By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. Where the law requires consent (for example, for sensitive data or cross-border transfers), we will ask for it separately rather than relying on your use of the Service alone.

1. Who We Are and Scope

1.1 Controller. The entity responsible for your personal information is HYPERDIMENSIONS PTE. LTD., 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422.

1.2 Scope. This Policy covers information we handle through the Service and when you contact us. It does not cover third-party sites or services we link to, which have their own policies.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and identity data — for example, your name, email address, password, and contact details.

2.2 Application and profile content — the materials and details you provide for your MBA applications, which may include your résumé/CV, work history, education, test scores, essays, goals, and target schools.

2.3 Inputs and AI interactions — the prompts, text, documents, and questions you submit to the AI Features, and the Outputs generated for you. See Section 5.

2.4 Payment information — when you purchase Full Access, payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited billing data (such as your name, the last digits of your card, and country) and a record of your transaction; we do not store full payment-card numbers.

2.5 Usage, device, and analytics data — collected automatically as you use the Service, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages and features used, and similar information gathered through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6 and our Cookie Policy).

2.6 Sensitive information. Your application materials may include details that some laws treat as more sensitive (for example, information you choose to share in an essay). We handle this information with the same protections described in this Policy and obtain any additional consent the law requires.

2.7 Communications — messages you send us (e.g., support requests) and your preferences.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information: (a) directly from you, when you register, enter data, purchase, or contact us; (b) automatically, as you use the Service, through cookies and similar technologies; and (c) from third parties — for example, from Google if you choose to sign in with your Google account.

4. How We Use Information (and Legal Bases)

We use personal information to:

  • provide, operate, and maintain the Service and your account;
  • generate Outputs and deliver the AI Features you request;
  • process your purchase of Full Access;
  • communicate with you about your account, support, and service changes;
  • send you marketing or newsletters where permitted, which you can opt out of at any time;
  • secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms; and
  • improve and develop the Service (see Section 5 regarding AI).

For users in the EU/UK, our legal bases are: performance of our contract with you (to run the Service and your account), our legitimate interests (to secure, analyze, and improve the Service), your consent (for marketing, non-essential cookies, and where otherwise required), and compliance with legal obligations.

5. AI Processing

5.1 Processing your Inputs. To deliver the AI Features, your Inputs are processed by our systems and sent to our third-party AI model provider, Moonshot AI, the operator of the Kimi platform, which generates the Outputs.

5.2 How the AI provider may use your content. Under Moonshot AI's standard API terms, the content you submit (your Inputs) and the content the AI returns (Outputs) may be used by Moonshot AI to provide, maintain, develop, and improve its services, including its AI models. We do not control how Moonshot AI uses content for these purposes, and Moonshot AI's own terms also apply to that processing.

We want you to be able to make an informed choice about this:

  • We ourselves do not sell your personal information, and within our own systems we use only de-identified or aggregated information to analyze and improve the Service.
  • Many parts of the Service — such as browsing school information, reading guidance, and managing your application checklist — do not use AI and do not send your content to the AI provider. The AI Features are specific tools you choose to use.
  • Please use your judgment about what you enter into the AI Features, and avoid including information you would not want processed by a third-party AI provider on the terms described above.

5.3 Automated decisions. The Service does not make decisions about you that produce legal or similarly significant effects through solely automated means.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, keep the Service secure, and understand how it is used. You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings. For full details, including the categories of cookies we use and how to manage them, see our Cookie Policy.

7. How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described here:

7.1 Service providers / processors — vendors who help us operate the Service, each processing your data only on our instructions and for these purposes. These currently include:

  • Moonshot AI (Kimi) — AI processing of your Inputs to generate Outputs (see Section 5);
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • Supabase and Vercel — hosting, database, and infrastructure used to store data and run the Service.

7.2 Legal and safety — to comply with law, valid legal process, or government/regulatory requests; to enforce our Terms; or to protect the rights, safety, and property of our users, the public, or us.

7.3 Business transfers — if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.

7.4 With your direction or consent — including any optional features you choose to use that involve sharing.

7.5 Aggregated / de-identified information — which does not identify you and may be used or shared without restriction.

7.6 No sale or sharing for advertising. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California CCPA/CPRA.

8. International Data Transfers

8.1 Cross-border processing. We are based in Singapore, and we and our service providers may process your personal information in, or transfer it to, countries other than the one where you live. Depending on how our AI provider operates, your Inputs may be processed in Singapore and/or Mainland China. These countries may have different data-protection laws than your own.

8.2 EU/UK transfers. Where we transfer the personal information of individuals in the EU/UK to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where relevant). You may contact us to ask about these safeguards.

8.3 Mainland China (PIPL). If we process the personal information of individuals located in Mainland China and transfer it outside China — or if our AI provider processes it inside China — China's Personal Information Protection Law imposes specific requirements. These include notifying you of the overseas recipient's identity, contact details, processing purposes and methods, the categories of personal information involved, and how to exercise your rights; obtaining your separate, specific consent for the cross-border transfer; and using a lawful transfer route.

9. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Policy, then delete or anonymize it. Specifically:

  • Account, profile, and application content (including essays, résumés, stories, profile answers, and AI Inputs/Outputs stored in your account) — retained while your account is active, and deleted or anonymized within 90 days after you delete your account or ask us to delete it.
  • Inactive accounts — if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months, we may notify you and then delete your account and associated content. (When you stop using the Service, we stop keeping your data.)
  • Full Access term expiry — when your 12-month access ends, your account and data are not automatically deleted; they remain available to you (subject to the inactivity rule above) unless you choose to delete your account.
  • Billing and transaction records — retained for approximately five (5) years to meet Singapore tax and accounting requirements, even after account closure.
  • Data processed by our AI provider — retention by Moonshot AI is governed in part by its own practices, which we do not fully control; see Sections 5 and 7.

We may retain limited information longer where required by law or to resolve disputes and enforce agreements.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, such as encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security review. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights. We will honor rights as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

11.1 Access — to know what personal information we hold and obtain a copy. 11.2 Correction — to fix inaccurate or incomplete information. 11.3 Deletion — to ask us to delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions. 11.4 Portability — to receive certain data in a portable format (where applicable). 11.5 Restriction / objection — to limit or object to certain processing (e.g., processing based on legitimate interests, or direct marketing). 11.6 Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing. 11.7 Opt out of marketing — via the unsubscribe link in our emails or your settings. 11.8 Opt out of "sale"/"sharing" and limit sensitive data — for California residents, where applicable (see Section 7). 11.9 Complain — to your local data-protection authority (EU/UK), the California Privacy Protection Agency or Attorney General, or the relevant Chinese authority, as applicable.

How to exercise your rights: contact us at support@goadmissionpark.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and we will respond within the time the law requires (generally within 30 days, or sooner where required).

12. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for adults (18 and older) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us at support@goadmissionpark.com.

13. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may link to or integrate third-party sites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to them; review their privacy policies separately.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-Service notice) where required. Please review it periodically.
