Terms of Service

Effective June 21, 2026 · Last updated June 21, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and HYPERDIMENSIONS PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617332G), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered office at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422, together with its affiliates ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), which operates the AdmissionPark service available at https://goadmissionpark.com and related websites, applications, and features (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, clicking "I agree" (or a similar control), or accessing or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

1.1 Age and capacity. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.

1.2 Accounts on behalf of an organization. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, school, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to both you individually and that entity.

1.3 Updates to these Terms. We may revise these Terms from time to time as described in Section 17. Your continued use of the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept the changes.

2. Definitions

  • "Inputs" means any text, documents, data, prompts, or other material you submit to the Service, including essays, resumes, scores, profile details, and questions.
  • "Outputs" means any drafts, feedback, scores, recommendations, analyses, or other content the Service generates in response to your Inputs.
  • "AI Features" means any part of the Service that uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, or large language models to generate Outputs.
  • "User Content" means your Inputs together with any other material you create, upload, or store using the Service.
  • "Full Access" means the paid plan that unlocks the Service's premium features for a 12-month term.

3. What the Service Is — and Is Not

3.1 What it is. AdmissionPark is an AI-assisted, self-guided platform that helps applicants prepare materials and strategy for business school (MBA) admissions. It guides you through structured modules covering self-assessment, school research, story-building, application-materials guidance, interview preparation, and application planning; it offers an in-product assistant ("Milo") to help you navigate the platform; and it lets you request to connect with an independent human coach. The AI Features are a supportive tool within the Service, not a replacement for your own work or judgment.

3.2 No guarantee of admission. Admissions decisions are made solely by the schools you apply to and depend on countless factors outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee that you will be admitted to, interviewed by, waitlisted at, or receive any particular outcome from any school or program. Any examples, statistics, or success stories we share describe past results and are not promises of your results.

3.3 Not professional advice. The Service, including all Outputs, is provided for general informational and self-help purposes. It is not legal advice, career counseling, accredited educational instruction, immigration advice, or a substitute for the judgment of a qualified professional or the official guidance of any school. You are responsible for your own application decisions.

3.4 Accuracy of school information. We work to keep school-related information current, but programs, deadlines, requirements, and policies change frequently. You are responsible for verifying any school-specific information directly with the relevant program before relying on it. We are not liable for errors, omissions, or out-of-date information. If something isn't right, we'd genuinely appreciate the chance to fix it — please reach out to support@goadmissionpark.com.

4. AI Features and Outputs

4.1 How the AI works. Certain features of the Service use large language models to generate Outputs based on your Inputs. Outputs are produced automatically by software. When you interact with an AI Feature, you are interacting with an automated system, not a human advisor.

4.2 Outputs may be wrong. AI-generated Outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or misleading, even when they appear confident, detailed, or specific. Outputs may not reflect recent changes to a school's requirements or to the facts of your situation. You must independently review, fact-check, and exercise your own judgment before relying on or submitting any Output. You are solely responsible for the final content of anything you submit to a school.

4.3 Originality and authenticity. You are responsible for ensuring that materials you ultimately submit to any school are truthful, your own work, and compliant with that school's honor code and application rules. Many programs restrict or prohibit AI-generated application content. It is your responsibility to understand and follow each school's policies on the use of AI. We are not responsible for any consequence to your candidacy arising from your use of Outputs.

4.4 Third-party AI providers. The AI Features are powered by a third-party model provider, Moonshot AI (the provider of "Kimi"). When you use the AI Features, your Inputs are sent to this provider to generate Outputs. Under Moonshot AI's terms, the content you submit and receive may be used by Moonshot AI to operate, maintain, and improve its services, including its AI models, and we do not control this. Moonshot AI's terms and limitations apply in addition to ours. We explain this, and what it means for your choices, in our Privacy Policy.

4.5 Ownership of Outputs. As between you and us, you own the Outputs generated from your Inputs, subject to these Terms and to the rights of any third-party provider. However: (a) similar or identical Outputs may be generated for other users, so we cannot and do not promise that any Output is unique to you; and (b) under current law in some jurisdictions, material generated by AI without sufficient human authorship may not be eligible for copyright protection. We make no representation about the copyrightability or exclusivity of any Output.

4.6 Acceptable use of the AI Features. In addition to Section 9, you agree not to:

  • (a) use the AI Features or Outputs to develop, train, fine-tune, or improve any competing AI model or service;
  • (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying models, prompts, or training data;
  • (c) submit as Inputs any personal information about other people without a lawful basis and any required consent;
  • (d) use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or that impersonates another person; or
  • (e) misrepresent Outputs as human-created where doing so would violate a school's rules or applicable law.

5. Accounts and Security

5.1 Accurate information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you register and to keep it updated.

5.2 One account, one person. Each account is for the use of a single individual. You may not share, lend, sell, sublicense, or transfer your account or login credentials, or let anyone else use your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts used in breach of this Section, without refund.

5.3 Credential security. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Take extra care on shared or public devices. Notify us promptly at support@goadmissionpark.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Pricing and Payment

6.1 Full Access. Premium features require Full Access, a one-time payment of US$349 (plus any applicable taxes) that grants access for 12 months from the date of purchase. The price is the same for all users; we do not vary it by region. Your checkout page shows the price and the 12-month term before you pay.

6.2 No automatic renewal. Full Access does not renew automatically. We will not charge you again when your 12-month term ends. When the term expires, your access to premium features ends, and you may choose to purchase Full Access again.

6.3 Payment processing. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing Full Access, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fee. Depending on your location, Stripe may offer methods such as credit/debit card, WeChat Pay, Alipay, or UnionPay. We do not store full payment-card details; these are handled by the processor.

6.4 Taxes. Stated prices may exclude taxes, which you are responsible for where applicable.

6.5 Price changes. We may change our prices for future purchases. Any change applies only to purchases made after the change takes effect; it does not affect a Full Access term you have already paid for.

7. Refunds

7.1 7-day conditional refund. Because the Service includes a free tier that lets you evaluate it before paying, refunds on Full Access are limited as follows. You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase, and we will grant it provided you have not substantially used the paid features during that period. For this purpose, "substantially used" means you have generated no more than three (3) AI-generated outputs (such as story cards, essays, or letters) using paid features, and have unlocked no more than one (1) premium module. By requesting a refund, you authorize us to review your account activity to confirm eligibility. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

7.2 After 7 days. Except as required by applicable law, Full Access fees are non-refundable after the 7-day window. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

8. User Content

8.1 You own your content. You retain all rights you have in your User Content. We do not claim ownership of your essays, drafts, brainstorming, or other materials.

8.2 License to operate the Service. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display your User Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service for you, and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your User Content as examples for other users unless you give us your separate, explicit consent.

8.3 Your responsibility. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • (a) use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • (b) copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, screenshot for redistribution, or otherwise extract our proprietary content, methodology, or interface to use it outside the Service or to build a competing product;
  • (c) share, resell, or provide access to your account to others;
  • (d) upload viruses or malicious code, or interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service or its infrastructure;
  • (e) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems;
  • (f) impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity;
  • (g) harass, abuse, or post defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable material; or
  • (h) use any automated means to access the Service except as we expressly permit.

We may determine, in our reasonable discretion, what constitutes a violation of this Section.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Our IP. The Service — including its software, design, "look and feel," text, methodology, exercises, recommendation logic, and our names, logos, and trademarks — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property and other laws. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

10.2 Limited license to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own application process.

10.3 Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it without obligation to you.

10.4 Copyright complaints. We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please send a notice to support@goadmissionpark.com. If we determine material is infringing or unlawful, we may remove it and may suspend or terminate the responsible account.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may link to or integrate third-party websites, tools, or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, and our use of cookies in our Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you also agree to the practices described there.

13. Disclaimers

13.1 "As is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

13.2 No guaranteed results. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that Outputs will be accurate or reliable, or — as stated in Section 3 — that you will achieve any particular admissions outcome.

13.3 Your responsibility for data and devices. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups, anti-virus protection, and security appropriate to your needs.

13.4 Local rights preserved. Some implied warranties or consumer guarantees cannot be excluded under the laws of certain jurisdictions; nothing in this Section removes protections that the law of your country of residence does not allow to be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service or any Outputs, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14.2 Liability cap. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) US$100.

14.3 Carve-outs. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of (a) your violation of these Terms, (b) your User Content or Inputs, or (c) your misuse of the Service or any Output, except to the extent caused by our own wrongdoing.

16. Term, Suspension, and Termination

16.1 By you. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. Closing your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund except as set out in Section 7 or required by law.

16.2 By us. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us, or for other legitimate operational reasons. Where practical and lawful, we will give notice and, where appropriate, a chance to cure.

16.3 Effect. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will survive. How we handle your data on account closure is described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Changes to These Terms and to the Service

17.1 Changes to the Terms. We may update these Terms. For material changes, we will provide reasonable notice — for example, by email to your account address and/or a notice in the Service — at least 30 days before they take effect, unless a change must take effect sooner for legal reasons. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service before the change takes effect.

17.2 Changes to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service. We are not liable to you for changes to or unavailability of the Service, except as required by law.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

18.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of any non-waivable consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.

18.2 Resolving disputes. If you have a concern, please contact us first at support@goadmissionpark.com so we can try to resolve it informally — most issues can be sorted out this way. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, it will be subject to the courts of Singapore. Consumers may also have access to the Singapore Small Claims Tribunals for eligible low-value claims, and you retain any right to bring a claim before the courts of, or a competent consumer body in, your country of residence where the law gives you that right.

19. General

19.1 Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they incorporate are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede prior agreements on that subject.

19.2 Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.

19.3 Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

19.4 No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

19.5 Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

19.6 Notices. We may send notices to your account email; you may contact us as set out below.

19.7 Language. These Terms are written in English, and the English version controls. If we publish a translation, it is provided for convenience only and the English version prevails in case of any conflict.
